If you,re searching for exciting music with solid family values, look no further
than  "Cypress Creek" , an award winning bluegrass band with a positive
message. You'll find something for every traditional, nostalgic taste in their
music, ranging from 1920's and 30's old time country to 1940's and 50's
bluegrass to their own special brand of gospel and original songs that reflect all
of those styles.

Two neighbors from rural Fayette County, Tennessee, guitarist,
singer/songwriter Roy Jenkins and mandolinist/singer Harry McLellan, got
together back in 1986 just to pick and sing a little. They enjoyed what they
were doing so much that they added  Tommy George, a widely-respected
banjoist.  Bill Weir , the owner of Gumball recording studio, agreed to join the
group on upright bass and vocals. Mike Kisner, a fiddler with the old time
style, was added to the group to create a classic bluegrass ensemble.

Three compact discs have been released, and the band is now working on an all
gospel recording. See and hear why this band has won awards and fans at
festivals and shows throughout the south and why they are booked so regularly
for return dates. Good music, good folks: CYPRESS CREEK !
