| "Fiddlin' With the Frogs" Bluegrass Festival |
| hosted by: Frog Hollow Campground |

| The 5th Year of Fiddlin' - part one Labor Day Weekend arrives once more And yes, we have been here four times before. The festival took time to prepare and plan The next was started before this one began The big day will all too soon arrive “Fiddlin’ With the Frogs” -- number FIVE! There’s jammin’ by day Walk around, stop and listen, there’s more on the way There’s jammin’ by night Walk around, stop and listen, at ‘bout any site With jam session instruments tuned just right There will be music heard everywhere, to all’s delight The best instrument of all is, of course, the Dobro For Froglegs at least, it is the hit of the show Now Frogman, he likes his guitar, He thinks that instrument is the show’s star Fiddle, banjo, bass and mandolin Musicians use them all when they pick and grin So, what do bands need the most? Of course it is fans. And they know in advance to make bluegrass plans Soon we’ll begin this Fiddlin’s 5th year Festival Each year just gets better and this one’s the BEST OF ALL! The work is done the time is near The show is on time never fear The weather will be perfect, over the weekend Come on over and sit, and bring a few friends Welcome to all - fans, bands, and all others Fathers and mothers, sisters and brothers Friday at night and Saturday most of the day Walk, look and listen as bands and jammers all play So on with the show, get the bands up on stage Or listen to the jam shows that take place offstage |
| The 5th Year of Fiddlin’ - part two The festival has been fun, from number one to number four So it was decided that we do just one more The 5th is now past And was, sadly, the last We couldn’t have done this - for the past 5 years If we didn’t have friends who were also volunteers Some came from near, most came from afar Some lived right here, some came down by car The Yankees (and there were a LOT) came down from the north It didn’t bother them to travel back and forth The friends from “down here” Made plans to help out year after year. So, “Fiddlin’ With the Frogs” is no more But never fear - there are other adventures to explore And is this the end of Froglegs and Frogman? Of course not, we’ll find a new adventure as soon as we can! It’s time to relax for Froglegs and Frogman, We have the rest of our lives to plan.
